Rules and Requirements

Potential member Requirements:
1. Must attend three (3) functions.
2. Must be voted in.
3. New members: Trial period - Two (2) months.
4. Must put an original colored logo on during the trial period.
5. Must attend all functions.
to become a member Must have at least three (3) major modifications on vehicle.
Each of the following constitutes a major modification.
1. After market wheel and tire change.
2. Three bolt-ons (Grill, roll pan etc)
3. Custom paint or graphics.
4. Complete engine change or detailed/chromed.
5. Complete interior chance or upgrade.
6. Suspension lowering/raising or detailed (paint/chrome)
End of Trial period:
1. Can coordinate colors of logo w/ vehicle.
2. May get T-Shirt w/ logo and name.
3. Considered equal to other members.
Current Members:
1. Must try and attend all functions when possible.
2. Must uphold the club image at all functions.
3. Vehicles must display logo.
4. Vehicles should be clean.
5. No arguing/fighting with show personnel or officials.
6. No arguing/fighting with other clubs.
7. No bad attitudes.
Dues:
Members have the option to pay per month,the members that pay
Dues will be kept in a club fund.
1. Fund will be used for club show, shirts,logos and/or club functions.
2. All members must agree before making large purchases (shirts/awards).
3. An accurate account will be kept and made accessible for all members.

Logos option both front and rear or eather one:
Front window logos:

Rear window logos:

1. Must be original design.
2. Can be color coordinated after trial period.
-----Any color and style logo may be used-----
Club shirt logos:
1. Can be any style.
2. Should be consistent w/ club.
3. Club will purchase one (1) new shirt a year for members and spouses (1 ea)
4. Club will pay for logo/name on child's club shirt - members must purchase shirts.
Suspensions Or Terminations:
Members may be suspended or Terminated for the following:
1. Continually missing functions.
2. Bad attitude.
3. Unauthorized removal of club decal
4. Majority vote.
New members may be suspended for the following:
1. Missing three (3) functions.
2. Bad attitude.
3. Majority vote.
Members may be suspended for the above or placed back on a trial period:
--trial period--
1. Must attend all functions during the suspension/trial period.
2. If more than five (5) functions are missed w/o notification or approval by the club, the individual will be assumed to have quit!
Expulsion:
--Members may be voted out for--
1. No contact w/ club members (120 days).
2. Attitude/ability to get along w/ other members.
3. unauthorized removal of club logos
4. fighting
Returning Members:
--To get back in--
1. Unanimous vote.
2. Must attend three (3) functions in a row.
3. Members who are voted out or quit have only one (1) opportunity to return.

ATT: For all members if your kicked out or if you quit you must remove our club logos IMC owns the name and the design so all in all its our logo, if you paid for it or not! thats the price you pay for messing up!
you have one (1) week to remove our logos if after the two (2) weeks your still riding around with our logos on your car (which would be dumb having a logo of a club your not in!) we have a right to remove them our self there our logos and no the cops cant do anything cause like i said there our logos and at this time you stole our design which is copy writed so please please read and understand this rule!

Shows:
1. Members should try and park together when possible.
2. Members should wear club shirts and display logos.
3. Members should try and attend same shows when possible.
Functions Requirements:
Functions include meetings and shows.
Members must not miss more than four (4) functions in a row, unless: A) Emergencies B) Authorized by club ahead of time.
Members must call before a meeting if not attending.
